Jan Clarke is the mother of Bronte Cullis, a Melbourne teenager suffering from Anorexia Nervosa whose story was told by Ray Martin and Channel Nine between 1996 and 2003. Jan’s passion and commitment to creating change in the way eating disorders are understood and treated, stems from her own personal experience.

The focus of this stage is to consolidate the insight, understanding, skills and strengths gained throughout the recovery process. Whilst it is natural for those with newly formed wings to want to test them through independent flight, it is imperative that we skill clients in the use of their recovery toolkit to strengthen confidence and test their competence and capability in new, challenging situations involving further choice and change.
Program Goals:
• To increase confidence to seek out and build new relationships
• To bring relationship networks into line with personal values
• To live a life that matters, seeking out meaning and purpose by identifying a pathway to social, educational and vocational reintegration
• To identify those challenges that continue to stand in the way of recovery and develop plans to undertake these
